Our Leadership and Management

    

Alliance FM is led by a dynamic, responsive, experienced and focused team with deep insights into the Facility Management Sector. The core team comprises of:

Arvind is the MD of Alliance FM. He has had an outstanding career in the Indian Army, which included extensive service in counter-insurgency areas, Special Forces (NSG) and sensitive assignments with the United Nations in Africa and the Government of India/Ministry of Defense and Home.


Lt Col Arvind Sirohi (Retd) Managing Director

Manoj is a former Black Cat Commando, having served the Indian Army with distinction for 10 years. A winner of the prestigious Sword of Honor and Presidents Gold Medal, he went on to have an illustrious career with various MNCs, handling corporate security and allied services.


Manoj Varma Chief Executive Officer

Ajay has had a high-profile career in the Indian Navy for 27 years. He brings to Alliance FM vast experience in the field of human resources, having held key operational and training appointments in the Indian Navy.

Prateek is a Chartered Accountant who has diverse experience in handling finance, taxation, payroll management, mergers & acquisitions and legal matters. His competencies are in management and control of finances and implementing financial procedures, through his innovative approach.

With 20+ years of industry experience, Rajneesh excels in Service Delivery, Operations, Strategic Planning, Risk Assessment, Client Relationship Management, Client Acquisition, and Retention, at G4S, he led operations for Embassies and UN Organizations before joining Alliance Facility Management as COO.
