He is the MD of Alliance FM. Arvind has had an outstanding career in the Indian Army, which included extensive service in counter-insurgency areas, Special Forces (NSG), and sensitive assignments with the United Nations in Africa and the Government of India/Ministry of Defense and Home.
Lt Col Arvind Sirohi (Retd) Managing Director 
He is a former Black Cat Commando, having served the Indian Army with distinction for 10 years. A winner of the prestigious Sword of Honor and Presidents Gold Medal, Manoj went on to have an illustrious career with various MNCs, handling corporate security and allied services.
Maj Manoj Varma (Retd) Chief Executive Officer 
He has had a high-profile career in the Indian Navy for 27 years. Ajay brings to Alliance FM vast experience in the field of human resources, having held key operational and training appointments in the Indian Navy.
Cmde Ajay Sirohi (Retd)Senior Vice President, HR 
He has done his Masters in International Business from Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France. He is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience. Amit is currently managing operations on a PAN India level.
Amit VarmaSenior Vice President, Ops. 
He is a qualified Chartd. Accountant who has diverse experience in handling Finance, Taxation, Payroll Management, Mergers & Acquisitions and Legal matters. His competencies are in management & control of finances and conceptualizing & implementing financial procedures, through his innovative approach.
